"We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Drake. She is so personable, kind, and so good with our baby. She never makes me feel like there’s a dumb question to ask and takes time to answer anything. We always leave feeling well informed and taken care of. I am so thankful for all of her help with our newborn. She makes you and your child feel like family. The nurse for Dr. Drake is also so sweet and gentle with our baby! Everyone here is so kind and we are so thankful!"

"Don't come here for blood tests for your baby/toddler. Lady poked my 5 day old baby's arm 3 times without getting anything then blamed baby for moving too much even though me and my wife were here to hold baby. Lady didn't introduce her name but I think I saw a Jones. Slow, rude, and not a pleasant time for tired parents."

"Came here for blood tests for my baby and had the worst experience. Blood lab lady was so rude and did not want to be there. Was aggressive as soon as she called me. Before even drawing she said she might not be able to do it. Stabbed my baby a few times in the arm while shaking her head with no blood drawn. Said baby was moving. All babies move when theres needles stuck in them! 2hours later and had to go somewhere else. This mom is never coming back here."

"My son had been coming here to see Dr. Drake for 4 years and when my daughter was born last year we brought her here too. Earlier this month was supposed to be their 9mo and 4 yr appointments, except when we arrived we find out that Drake wasn’t available and the staff supposedly called us 1 time a month earlier to reschedule. Yet they still sent appointment reminders a week and a day before. Unprofessional but we let it slide. Today, however, was their rescheduled appointments and sure enough we get a message stating that due to a scheduling conflict, we’ll need to reschedule. This office doesn’t care one bit about the effort that goes into scheduling an appointment for your kids and rearranging your whole day to get them there. Parents, please find a higher quality pediatrician for your children and don’t waste your time with these clowns."

"Do NOT Bring your children here! This place should be called CROOKS Children's pediatrics! I took my son in for his 6 year wellness check up and they immediately wanted to change it to a sick visit because his head was warm after taking his beanie and winter coat off(big surprise). They checked it again 10 min later and it dropped a full degree. They still refused to see him unless I agreed to change it to a sick visit. I asked them to check it again and they refused unless I agreed to change the type of visit. I refused and we left. We immediately went to the store and bought a brand new thermometer. His temperature Read 98.6. So either they don't calibrate their equipment or they intentionally try to get more money out of each visit. Either way it's Mal practice and I will be reporting this to the medical board. I've taken all 3 of my boys here and each time it's been nothing but problems and they always want more money. They don't care about their patients, all they care about is money. If you want a great children's clinic where the staff, nurses and doctors actually care about their patients, this is NOT IT!! Stay as far away from CROOKS CHILDREN'S PEDIATRICS as possible!"
