I had a very pleasant appointment with Dr. Dev and he even went the extra mile after my checkup in assisting me with questions about online ordering/frames, next steps, etc. Both Yvonne and Ysennia were very helpful at the front desk and overall the entire team was very quick and efficient. "The ladies at the front desk were not the most welcoming and just lacked the overall quality of customer service. They should have asked if the additional exam was wanted & explained what it was vs just putting it on the bill. I had to ask what and why. The doctor, he was very professional and helpful. Plus insightful. He also had lots of patience with me and my little guy. Not to mention he is very handsome. He alone deserves 5 stars. I wouldn't mind coming back just for his service, but as mentioned above I just didn't care for the service received at the front desk."

So much so, I've decided to change locations from Alliance to Watauga. I really like the idea of a having a forward thinking doctor who is so clearly dedicated to the health of his patients. "My husband and I recently went for our annual eye exam. We have been patients with this location, (Denton Hwy) and the Alliance location for years. And we will continue to be patients there. We are always greeted nicely and our appointments are quick but thorough. The staff is professional and Dr Patel is awesome! He explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this office for eye care needs. We also recommend going to Vision Works next door as well. They have a great selection of glasses and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are lucky to have them close to us."
