"The Nurse Practitioner is the kindest NP I ever met! She was patient, thorough, and kind. One of a kind. The waiting times can be prolonged which may not be ideal. I think it is the system CVS has."

"Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment just as the app suggested just so the doctor working can tell me i would have to wait till she came back from lunch. Very unprofessional and what is the point of having an appointment. Wasted my time and my daughter's school time. Won't ever return here and won't recommend."

"I would give zero stars If I could. I have been sitting here since 11:50 for a 12:15 appt. I walk in doctor is in room with patient with door wide open I heard her diagnosis!! And the side bar conversation about her not having kids or animals which has nothing to do with the visit. huge hippa violation(im a nurse) Then a lady walked in at 12:20 checked in after me. It is now 12:30 she calls the lady who checked in after me into the room. I’m only here for a test that takes 2 mins Now I have to wait for this lady and her son to be seen. I’ll update with what time I left. I will never come here again. Stay away unless you wanna wait extended wait for no reason then get skipped."

"I had an apmt for a covid test.I was not informed that my Insurance was not "in network" & I would have to pay full price for said visit. The fact that I even had to do a full visit is ridiculous. On top of that it was +30min drive & then waited another 45 min - 1 hour after apmt time just to be told that. Why didn't she ask right away what Insurance I was using when she told me to use kiosk to check in. Waste of time & gas!"

"Signed in with absolutely nobody in the clinic and no wait time showing on the monitor. Waited for about 18 minutes when another patient came in and the nurse practitioner comes out and takes her back. When she is done with her the next patient hadn't showed up yet so she ask can I help you. She states sometimes there is a glitch in the system and she hates to ask if I would sign in. I had already waited 40 minutes and now the walk in wait time is 44 minutes. I told her I wasn't waiting and she said don't take it out on me! Here is a idea if you know there are issues with the system don't set in the back with the doors closed where you can't see your waiting area!"
