"My daughter has been with many therapy companies over the past ten years. For the last two years, we have worked exclusively with Countryside. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our primary therapists (Kailey,OT and Sarah,PT) are amazing, as well every other therapist who has ever covered their patients. After so many years of dealing with various companies, within the medical field, it is so unusual to find a pediatric therapy company that is patient centered, but Countryside absolutely puts the care and wellbeing of their patients first. Countryside is not a one size fits all therapy company. I was so tired of ‘cookie cutter’ therapy… It’s amazing to find therapists who will work TOGETHER to develop a real plan for their patients. A plan that can be measured for those patients some label non progressive. Yes, its an older building, but spotless. If Juana isn’t on the phone, trying to solve insurance issues for patients, she is cleaning the waiting room, because children will make a mess and sometimes parents forget to clean up after them. Every single room is cleaned after each appointment. The bathroom is cleaned constantly. If a therapist did not have a mask on, you may have caught them trying to take a bite of food in between patients."
"Awful. Only half of the staff wore masks. If you are immune compromised or have a child who is Don't go here. The place is not very clean and very run down. We left and will be finding another PT spot for our daughter."
