"Today my husband had an appointment. We needed to get some documents signed by a doctor, a refill on his meds and over the weekend boil on his body became so big it was unbearable for him. So being that it's a clinic you think that they would have all the materials to do the things we are asking for, that wasn't the case. They first charged us the co pay before the doctor even saw us, which in my opinion is unreasonable. $85 to be exact. The doctor comes in the offices asks us what we're here for today, we let her know everything including the boil that needs a lancing to relieve pressure. The doctor proceeds to tell us they couldn't help us, her words "well we can help just not today, you would have to make another appointment to have that take care of." So basically an additional $85. So a total of $170 needs to be spent in order for someone to help out with any problems you have. That doesn't include the meds that My husband needs which is an additional $60. Like I understand your just 1st year doctor's but do you realize a fake show called Grey's anatomy makes their first years do everything to make them better doctor's. Why can't you be like that, to do what you gotta do to help someone in need. The worse part is that I have to come back to this place to get the proper medicine for his diabetes. I'm upset that Dr Joy refused to help unless we paid more money. How nice. And for the doctor's you dont understand nor do you care if someone doesn't have the money to pay for these serves."

"A+ customer service. Came from a different PCP that was months behind on referrals. They went over my family history and actually discussed with me what I wanted instead of whizzing in and out. I got my pap smear done and they were gracious enough to use the small device instead of a large one. Good parking. I think the labs are done next door, so fast test results. My old PCP would send my labs out and then do a double charge instead of DHR doing it all in house."

"I had a bad experience somewhere else when I got blood taken out at an actual doctor that left my arm bruised badly. So I was recommended to this place by a friend and the employees there are super friendly and the guy that drew the sample from my arm got it the FIRST try and didn't hesitate, plus I didn't feel a thing!! So thank you to those employees!!"

"I understand they are finishing their residency, but I deffinitly felt the lack of experience is not benificial to me as a patient. Left crying because they dismissed my illness as anxiety and dint want to test my thyroid which is a main reason I came for. They also messed up my b12 blood work said i had to come back because they forgot to use foil for this test? Not only will you be billed for your appointment upon arrival, but DHR will also send you a seperate bill."

"I had immediate and excellent care from the time i arrived to discharge. The doctors were warm, personable, caring and very informative. All nusimg staff was great with the exception nof one nurse who was the discharge nurse. The staff from dietary were so nice but tje food was bad, i expected better food choices. The social worker was not very engaging, not friendly at all and i jad to always ask for him to share information about the coordination with home health. But my hats off to the doctors they were very caring with a warm heart and a healing touch, and i'm a retired RN."
