"Had my first appointment here today and it was a pleasant expirenence. The staff was very professional and cordial, and Dr. Hayward helped me out and seemed to care about what I had to say and referred me to some specialist, overall a good experience."

"The Doctors are good, the support staff is weak on a good day. Simple paperwork transfer has become a week long SNAFU. Their lack of care has created a hospital stay to receive care that could’ve been handled out patient. You can have the best professional providers in the business but without decent support staff it all comes out garbage."

"The worst care I have ever received! Dr. Hayward in my personal experience is a very unkind and uncaring doctor I have ever been seen by! When you go in for an exam he doesn't even want to touch you. I mean like literally I had to ask him to look and feel my left leg because it is bigger than the right leg. My physical therapist pointed it out to me and he wanted me to point it out to my doctor. So I did. He just looked at my leg from afar. He also refuses to help me with my sciatica. He has ordered an MRI for my neck and lumbar but I'm in so much excruciating pain I cannot lay on the table long enough to complete the MRI. I have tried four times with no success. I absolutely can't lay there it is too painful! Finally one of the technicians suggested I speak to my doctor and get a referral for a sedated MRI. He refuses to send in an order for it he says I don't need it. He also refuses to help me write a prescription for a TENS unit so my insurance will pay for it. He says he doesn't believe in the tens unit in that I don't need one. He is not the one living in this constant state of pain I am! He absolutely does not care. So yes I am switching doctors! ASAP! The worst Dr. EVER..."

"Forgive my rambling. I am just elated that I found this clinic and Lauren! I moved here from east coast and have not found one doctor outside of this place that cares or who will treat my health care issues. Everyone at Campbell clinic is absolutely so nice, kind and understanding. I think I am still in shock in a good way. Lauren didn’t hesitate to give me my much needed medication for my lupus and ra! I am so so happy. This is a five star clinic and everyone in this area should know it."
