"So disappointed in this office for so many reasons. One being it takes weeks to even get your prescription filled at the pharmacy. If you complain, they tell you that you can go elsewhere. It takes close to 20-30 minutes to get an injection when no one else is even in the lobby...heard one of the front desk tell the nurse to get off their phone and help the patient. Asking for a annual physical that my insurance covers 100% but getting billed anyway is completely wrong. I hear half the staff are now related the Mr. Galvan so complaining about anything is useless. I noticed front staff being treated rudely by nurses and I couldn't believe they would allow that. Don't try to go in on a Saturday, it is a complete mess as the receptionist is also trying to be a nurse at the same time. I went to Harlingen and employees are too busy on the phone to give me professional service."
"Im going 4 weeks still waiting for Dr.Galvan to take 5mins of his time to summit the long form to my insurance that’s all they are waiting to approve it. Recommend seeing Dr.Perez They Say. It’s sad need to wait til long."
