"McAllen Family Urgent Care, you have the incorrect Fax number on your website. I called on Sunday evening to ask if my doctor could fax you an order for bloodwork on Monday and I could walk in and get it done. I was told that would be fine. Maybe that would have been the time to give me the correct fax number. Instead, I wasted a trip to your facility. When I brought the error to the receptionist’s attention, she just said, “ya, they need to change that.” I’m no Web Designer but I’m pretty sure it’s not difficult to update a fax number on your website!"
