"Very friend staff and flexible with scheduling. Very welcoming and you feel comfortable when being seen. Was scheduled first thing in the morning so the wait time wasn’t bad."

"I waited by the front and after making eye contact with 2 employees and not told anything (their personal conversation was more interesting) I thought maybe I was supposed to walk up since no one acknowledged me, so I did only to have a hand held to my face (not even looked at) and muttered something. Be rude somewhere else, patients are already there feeling sick. Understand that we don’t go for fun to spend some quality time with your miserable self. I work healthcare too and my surgeons office hours are your office hours, asking for 2 hours off in the morning to get the antibiotics and birth control refills from you guys was a 2 month PTO wait time and a luxury all I did was waste my time. The rep had a headband, Feb 24 at 9:14 right by the speaking hole to the right (from a pt’s perspective) of registration. You could benefit from additional training."

"As a first timer, it hasn't been a great experience. The mission office had bad reviews so I chose this location. The staff is friendly, I'll give them that. Especially the woman that takes you into the first office and the doctor I got, she was especially sweet.They make you feel comfortable. I was private pay and it was pricier than the site I use. I think i had 3-5 exams and it was close to 5hun. The site offers 6 exams at 100. And now since the day of my appointment. No one answers the phones. I cant get any answers on whats going on with me. And I was called a day after my intial appt to told I had missed it! I was like NO ma'am cause I almost died of starvation. *kidding I had an appt @9:30am and wasn't seen til close to 1pm! Now I'm just nervous for both my money being taken and I won't get any answers or results as to what's going on with me. And it turns out I could have applied for some sort of help. But no one let's you know to take documents with you. I carry only my ID. Overall my rating should be less. But I'm giving it 3 stars for comfort. I'm hopeful someone will answer in the days to come. Leaving work isn't easy but I'll have to go I person if this a persistent occurrence. And I don't get answers soon. Hope this review helped someone. The staff included."

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, Especially Tanya. She made the experience great. They are a high quality clinic compared to some other places that seem like it. The wait time was longer than expected, but patience is key. Especially right now. I highly recommend."

"I've been a patient here for over 20 years. I have always felt the very existence of clinics like these are fundamentally important to a community. A community that has access to proper healthcare will only guarantee a healthy and thriving community. From physicals for sports to testing for diabetes and cholesterol to birth control. Preventative care is crucial! This is where people get the resources and knowledge to make decisions to better themselves and their families. The RGV is lucky to have Access Esperanza looking out for us and our children. I have built relationships with the wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable staff. All my questions are answered and even when the place is full and there's a long wait it's worth my time. This is a great place for parents to get information to give to their own children. I know it can be embarrassing for some people to have "The Talk" with their kids but it is absolutely necessary for them. I always tell my kids, " If you can't talk about it then you shouldn't be doing it." Make sure they get medical information from a professional and not their peers. While you're at it, tell your parents too. Rates of HIV and STDs of people over 60 would surprise you. The best thing about Access is the fact that the services here are low cost or free! As a waitress for many years with no health insurance, I depended on Access Esperanza to give me FREE check ups and birth control. I have insurance now and I am still a patient here because I know my money goes to help my community."
