"the doctors are great the front staff is the problem. i took my CT scan results from the ER and gave them to the front staff for an appointment i told them put it in my file for my follow up. i go to my scheduled appointment that was for the follow up on the CT scan to find out that they lost my paperwork and my CT CD!!! I got after the front staff just to be told that they are too many patients that they don’t remember. I’ve had many bad instances with the front staff they don’t even answer their phones anymore spoke with the office manager just for her to say it’s because they are getting a new system which isn’t even good. the whole front staff needs to be fired"
