"I enjoyed my entire experience at Dr. Crespo's office. The front receptionist "David" was very personable and fast so registering for the first time at this office was very easy. The other receptionist (sorry, forgot her name) was also very nice when she called me at home a little later for some additional information she needed. This was my first visit with Dr. Crespo and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I am a Nurse so it's easy for me to tell if someone is being sincere or not and he seemed interested in everything I had to say. We visited for 45 minutes or so getting to know each other and I never felt rushed or like he "needed to move on to the next person". At the end of our visit he told me how much he enjoyed talking with me and that he felt we could get my medical problem solved with minimal difficulty. He had them draw some labs in the office and sent me to "Urgent Care" for my x-rays so it would be faster for me.........HOW CONVENIENT!!!!! The lab tech that drew my blood was very nice and a good stick. On my way out the two Nurses sitting at the station told me good bye. Dr. Crespo was right, I got in and out of "Urgent Care" in 10 minutes!!!! It was so nice to be treated so well!!! Dr. Crespo has a loyal patient for life!!!!"
