"Came in there with a pound of shredding after being told on the phone it was 99 cents a pound. Weighed my shredding myself, had the associate check that it was a pound, then put my shredding into the locked bin. I go to check out and it's suddenly $2.50. He says "Oh yeah, sorry, it's a $2.50 minimum for full service". First of all, you already told me first that it was 99 cents a pound knowing full well it was just a pound. Secondly, full service what? I did everything myself! I protest and he counters that "it's just...uhhh...a dollar 10 cents more" (great math skills). Whatever. I will never be back to Office Whatever. Go to Staples instead. Or just rip up your trash."

"The staff at this location are truly helpful. I had called other places to get a photo enlarged and this was the only place that could help me in short notice. Sandra was exceptional! She took care of me right away and the pictures came out great =)"

"On Saturday 2nd I went to your store located at 8317 Westchester, Dallas TX 75225 to request a self ink stamp, where the person called Neely Blackman told me NO to that, (without a reason he denied the service) even when on the website you offered the product same day available, after that he told me "I can pick it up any time I want it". I decide to order and pick it up the next Tuesday 5th, he ask me to fill out the paperwork with the information I need in the stamp and pay the cost which was $33.00. which I did. The next day I realized he didn't ask me any other specifications about how I want the stamp (font, size, center, etc) so I decide to call and cancel or make them wait until Tuesday to approve it but the same person told me that the stamp was already made so he can't cancel the order what he can do for me was throw the stamp to the trash can for me, when i ask him if he will do the refund he told me he "wont refunded anything" of course the entire time he was rude and with talked to me with no respect, when I ask him to pass me with the store manager - "he identified himself like the store manager". But the Tuesday 5th when I went to the store to claim my refund, he wasn't there, the other people after they gave me a hard time finally they refunded me the total amount, but surprised the total amount $33.00 was $25.00 the stamp value and "$5.00 supply donation" ... I never donated anything, they never asking if I want to make a donation, they just charge me the extra $5.00 because they decide, I wonder how many other customer have been charged with the same "supply donation" and they never notice like me, when I asked about that, they tried to made me think I pushed the donation button by mistake. I know for sure I didn't push any button to donate any money. This is not the first time something like that happened to me in that store, every time I had been in there I was treated really poorly by the same person, I don't know if is a racist problem or is because I'm a woman, what I know is I will never come back to that store again."

"Tried to recycle batteries. Terrible policies: first, they do not accept laptop batteries. Second, for consumer batteries, you need to use masking tape on both ends of individual batteries before they will take it. When asked if they have masking tape they say you can buy it. Staff has grumpy attitude."

"The staff here is exceptionally nice and helpful! I went in literally minutes before closing and was warmly greeted and was told someone would be with me shortly. To me, I find it extremely important for business associates to acknowledge new customers even when busy assisting someone else. An associate came to ask if I needed aassociates shortly thereafter and let me know I could take as long as I needed even though the store was technically supposed to be closed. Because of this superb customer service this will be my go to office supply store!"
