"I can’t say enough good about the team that this Conn’s location. My sales person was Brandon & he was beyond excellent. I can’t recall his manager’s name but she was so so nice. She used her expertise with mattresses to help & I will be back bringing anyone I know that wants to be treated nice and fair!"
"The team is a combination of good employees and people that are disappointing. I felt cons needs to really go through their employees to know who is reaching out to their clients. I received a good amount and spending but was not able to spend it because of the ill. Communication with the team. I was never able to have the items that I had ordered delivered so. In sense they got canceled. But seems like a good choice when you don't have credit. And you're wanting to build your credit but unfortunately, it is not helpful because you have some. Employees willing to do their jobs and others not so much."
"DO NOT BUY HERE! Quick to sale you items. Slow to fix the items you bought I bought a bed and paid for insurance to replace any damages that may occur to the bed. Here it's three months later and my bed is still broken in the middle of my floor with 2 failed attempts to fix the bed. They want the sale but don't want to fix it. DO NOT BUY HERE. The manager refused to assist after having me sit for over 30 minutes to be told that they can not help me because service was closed after I was told the sale associate was headed to input the new replacement in the system. Giving us the run around Update: 01/04/2024 Still no bed still no service provided from the owner of the store"
