"Customer service is severely lacking. I placed an order for bathroom fixtures in January and was told delivery would be 2 weeks. It's been well over a month and I have still not received my order. The selections in the show room are impressive and the customer service BEFORE you place your order is acceptable. But it's after I paid for my order and actually expected timely delivery (or any delivery as I have not received my order yet), that I've been given the run-around or just ignored. I called to speak with the general manager, who apparently is unreachable as she has no telephone number except the general store number. I'm hopeful my message will be delivered and she'll resolve my issue, but buyer beware if you have a project timeline you're trying to meet or don't have the time or energy to contact the store daily. Hindsight I should have purchased through Ferguson as I've never had any delivery issues with them."

"This store has everything you need for your next closet, kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling. The variety is incredible. The showroom is like nothing we’ve seen before. Every light fixture, hardware, sink and bathtub you can imagine is on display. This store offers consultations to each client so that you can pick all the items you need for your next big project that fits within your budget. Highly recommend this place for picky home owners who need to remodel their space. This is also a great place for design enthusiasts."

"The reception was awesome: polite and professional. But the person who took a note of the products we were interested and wanting to know the prices, never contact us back. Five weeks later, I called and the front desk transfer me to her extension, I left a message and she never call me back. Seven week later, I went to the builder rep and requested to her a call because I really like their products, the same thing happened: transfer, left a voicemail and she never call back. I am glad I took note of some of the products I was looking for, so I opted to buy it in other store. It is a disappointment because they have very nice store and products but the service is really, really bad"

"Brittany Brown, my sales rep, did a great job of making sure I was kept up-to-date on when my product would arrive, getting me an invoice with the delivery date, and even helping me get a replacement part for a product I purchased before she even worked at Facets of Dallas. If you are looking for a sales rep that will truly take care of all your needs, ask for Brittany, she is the best!"

"I was so glad that a friend referred Facets to me. I've been trying to help a client replace her dishwasher for over a year, and every other appliance distributor I went to said it couldn't be done. Guy and Eric not only helped me find the perfect replacement, they also introduced me to a great installer. The showroom is beautiful and it's truly a one stop shop. They have large, well done displays of appliances you don't usually find in Dallas including Blue Star, some Italian lines that were stunning, Hestan, and of course my favorite Signature Kitchen Suite.
