"I purchased my second zero gravity recliner with heat and massage from Lynn, the manager, at Relax The Back in Addison. She spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions! She understood my medical needs and knew exactly what to show me. I am now thinking about getting an office chair as well as a mattress! She kept in contact with me via email to share info about the mattresses to help with my decision! She goes above and beyond! My delivery arrived early which was great! Alex Y was professional and did a wonderful job putting the recliner in a bedroom for me and showed me all the bells and whistles! He was quick and efficient but also answered all my questions!
