"Horrible customer service! I was told I have to wait to get some papers laminated for 8 hours ,after I had just waited for a hour !!! they have the worst attitude absolutely felt like I was bothering them to do their job . Then asked for the manager which attitude was worse lol this place needs to be closed down it’s ridiculous"
"Unfortunately the customer service here is terrible. I had to come in store to get help with printing services and was told to go online and do it. They didn’t offer that service in store. Then when I did my order online it stated it would be done in 3 days. And as I’m checking out it changed to 4 days. I get an email the next day that my order is ready and when I came in to pick up, the order is not in the bins for pickup. I was waiting for 10 mins in the printing area to ask the only person working and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I went to ask the cashier for help and she told me to go ask the lady at the printing desk. Very frustrating to say the least."
"Don't come here to print out any PDF format documents they have no knowledge on how to print them out. I was here a whole hour and Nicole the manager was very bothered to come down to help me. Which she didn't help at all just told me why it wasn't working. They obviously don't have enough money to pay for employees so don't expect any knowledge or help from this location."
"I had a really great experience this evening at this Office Depot. I frequent this location after the Cedar Hill location was closed down. Questions were answered by a very nice guy, and the checkout guy patiently waited for me to find my wallet. The guy who helped me ran out to catch me because I left my receipt. That kind of service/effort doesn't happen too often anymore. Basically, the two people I encountered were more than kind, and I more than appreciate that."
"After making a few calls, it seems as though Office Depot is the only local toner and ink cartridge recycler in the area. Thank you, Ryan and David for making the process simple and easy. Your professionalism, care and kindness are greatly appreciated! This Office Depot location is perfect with easy access onto I-20 and it’s situated in a shopping center with a variety of stores."
