"I can’t say nice enough things about Dr. Coble and her staff. I have brought in feral cats that I’ve found to help and get neutered. I have brought my own cats in. Every single time they exceed any expectation I could have. They make it so easy on us and the animals. I have a cat that has beat up every vet he has seen. When I say beat up that’s exactly what it is. He leaves them bloody and they can’t even touch him. I brought him in recently and he only hissed when he got the shot. I could of cried. Anyway thank you so much for the level of care you put into the animals. The staff is so friendly and efficient too."

"Very unprofessional. Do not go here! The receptionist informed me that the vet would go over prices of meds before administering, and during visit she just gave my dog shots and meds without doing so. Could not even diagnose him. She told me he would be feeling better within 30 mins of the shot, 5 hours later and he is worse! Never going here again."

"I called SouthWest Vet clinic and hospital at 8 pm tonight. I and my husband left a message for the oncall vet at 8 pm. Our English bulldog is having an allergic reaction. Her eyes are swollen closed, face is red, labored breathing developed. And she has bright red blood that I have no idea where it is coming from. Teresa Coble returned my husbands call and told my husband that we had already given Benadryl and she could NOT administer oxygen and did not have anyone to monitor over night, for him to drive to San Antonio ! My husband drove the 2 hour trip to the North side of San Antonio to the emergency clinic. They gave our dog a steroid injection to decrease the swelling in her soft palate ! This should be something simple that any Vet clinic should be trained to do ! I will be glad from now on to continue using the Vet in Devine, it's worth the 1 hour drive to bypass any Vet in Uvalde ! I needed a new Vet because we are new to the area, I have 1 dog that needs to be spayed and 1 dog that is a senior on heart meds !"
