"4 windows with 4 different front office representatives. All very rude and unfriendly. It all made sense when I called and couldn’t get through. Patients in lobby seemed very unhappy with the wait time. I never made it past the lobby. It’s important to train the front office to have proper professional etiquette, it reflects the back office. Smile people. Love what you do or change your profession."

"Awful. Don’t even bother getting to your appointment early as you’ll just wait over an hour to be seen at your scheduled time. This place is awful"

"I almost die by going to this clinic. Especially with dr. Lindsey there. There is two Drs. With the same last name in this town well please don’t get confused your life can be in danger. The Dr. Lindsey from this facility wants to kill you. He doesn’t care about patients."

"I've had an appointment for about 3 wks now . I got a call yesterday telling me my appointment was gonna be cancelled cause my PCP was not gonna be there, while I was stillon the phone she says wait , she is gonna be here so just come in. So I go in today had to take some time off work which is only part time, waited 40 min then when I was let in a room the nurse ask what can I help you with? I'm like I'm here for my appointment. So she go on to tell me the DOC is here but we have lots of walk in , so what what are you trying to say? I can't be seen? She said we need to reschedule you. I'm like what?? I'm taking time off work, i actually have an appointment and you tell me she can't see? Omg that really makes me mad. They could of just cancelled me yesterday saved me gas. Saved me more missing work. What kind of professionalism is that?? Wasted my time$ and gas!!! Switching clinic and Doctor"

"Apparently when you call to make an appointment, the call gets routed to an automated machine every time, and when leaving a name and number, 1/10 times I will get a call back. I called to set up an appointment WHILE IN THE WAITING ROOM LOOKING AT THE RECEPTIONISTS and not a single phone rang. The only phones working were the receptionist's personal devices, which were actively being used and presumably running any number social media applications. Upon being asked a simple question, such as "do you think you can give me a time estimate?", the receptionists will tell you "there is absolutely no way to give you an estimate". Apparently there is a space-time rift which prevents any communication with any of the doctors or nurses 30 feet away from the front. It is a circus of employees who don't care about anything except the 5:00pm notch on the clock, so making an appointment to get seen is near impossible. While in the office, if you are spot on with your punctuality for an appointment, you're still going to have to wait like a walk-in customer. Once you have achieved the amazing feat of setting up a time or getting to a doctor, the doctors are great. I have no complaints with the doctors, but it is the non-medical staff who are mediocre at best. Were it not for my insurance, any other options would be definitely explored. If you have another options, I implore you to exploit them. If things were to change, I would gladly change my opinion, but as it stands self-checkout kiosks offer better customer service then the non-medical staff at UMC."
