"Good smoothies, but they take a long time to get out to you. I've gone in person and ordered at the counter, and that took about 20 minutes for us to get our smoothies. If you think mobile ordering will get your smoothie in your hand faster you would be mistaken. Not once but twice its happened that I place an order and it's not ready on time. In fact the most recent time I placed my order and it wasn't ready until 20 minutes past pick up time, mind you I was only the 3rd car in the drive through and no one was in the parking lot... I'm definitely thinking twice before coming back"
"I love this place! Such a variety of smoothies and Katelynn was amazing with helping me pick out what to get since I was wanting something new. I usually get nervous with that but it was really good. Will definitely ask if she’s there next time to help!"
"Ordered to go and one of my drinks came out real sloppy. Customer service is usually great but we waited at the drive thru window while someone was leaning with his back against the window and talking away completely ignoring us for a couple of minutes. Also, we ordered 3 drinks and receive the wrong size on one of our drinks. Was given a 20oz and payed for a 32oz. Still a big fan of this location but the people on shift at 11:20 on sept. 29 were very careless."
"I don't like to write reviews but I was super mad. Went to buy smoothies first time there in Edinburg location and they were horrible! They tasted like water!!! What a waste of money. Tropical Cafe is 100% better. Do not go and waste your money. I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star no choice."
