"Unfortunately , I am not able to address the workmanship or final outcome of the company’s products. My experience with a designer was initially pleasant and encouraging but I had to request the follow up designs we discussed twice — only to come up short of the very plan that sparked my interest. After multiple requests and responding that “its in the email “ , a call to the main call center resulted in incomplete design options and more failed follow ups. Perhaps a Laundry Room remodel was too small for their interest ? It’s uncertain why sales lost a solid opportunity . Sadly, a company depends on the genuine participation of its employees with success and reputation following ."
"This is not my first custom closet, but is my first time to use Classy Closets of the Woodlands. The designer was fantastic and did a great job in designing what I was looking for. The process was very simple. I truly loved that did they did entire project, from tear out, install and even the counter top. Installers were timely and very pleasant to work with. The show up when scheduled. The final project is complete and I am satisfied. I would highly recommend Classy Closets of the Woodlands."
