"If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my review. After over 30 years of homeownership and many remodels, I have never encountered a more poorly run company. Initial meeting went well then nothing. Ordered all of the items needed and waited to be put on the schedule. I sent an email letting them know when everything would be in and asked about the schedule. After months I called. Then all of a sudden they want to show up the next day. Steve my original contact kept telling me all the things I needed to order. I said he needed to refer to the email from me and Conroe plumbing. He said he got neither. Such poor communication. There were many days they just didn’t show up. Making a project that was to take weeks, now taking months. So many unanswered calls and texts. I contacted the owner Adam. Smug and no better. Do not use Kitchen Solutions, they are unreliable and provide very poor customer service."

"We had Kitchen Solutions send their estimator to the house to get a quote for kitchen countertops and back splash replacement, and then a full gut and renovation of the master bathroom. An older gentleman showed up, took copious notes and measurements and said we would get a quote in a few days. Then crickets. So we interviewed other contractors and selected Conroe Bath Pro to do the job. Too bad, Kitchen Solutions, this would have been a nice job for you but due to unresponsiveness, you lost out. So far we are extremely happy with Conroe Bath Pro."
