"The Head Nurse Brandon and a veteran Fire Fighter Mickey who is now a paramedic there got my platinum ring off my finger. It took some strategy but with planning but they teamed up and got it off. It had been on for 4 years and with gaining 50lbs its was stuck. Thank you both for never giving up on me. This will always be the hospital I got to. Everyone is professional and it is a great emergency crew all around. God bless everyone there for what they do for the people."

"Absolutely the worst hospital experience ever! One star is too much. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to find out why the auto payment I paid has not cleared my bank. I paid it over three months ago. Had similar problems getting medical records. During the hospital stay, the staff would not give me information on the patients status even though I am their medical power of attorney. Don't go here. Your life could depend on it."

"I had a very good encounter with the hospital as a whole. The doctors were very caring to my needs. I was trying to get home from a vacation in Mexico and got suddenly sick. They did everything I could asked for. Even the food came hot within a fast speed. Was impressed!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the WORST hospital I’ve ever been to and was completely taken advantage of for money. Besides the fact that it’s old. It’s absolutely filthy. The Doctor and nursing staff were incompetent and negligent. Came in for what could’ve been overnight stay. However, overnight turned into a 3 day stay (seems to be magic number based on other reviews as well). Not only did they fail to tell me all the medication they were giving me while I was there and gave me NUMEROUS medications that were unnecessary such as blood thinners even though I was getting up plenty. They also gave me IV antibiotics that were completely UNNECESSARY causing more harm than good, because it was a VIRAL illness. I decided I had enough of the negligence and leave before the dr discharged me as I was already better. The nursing staff incorrectly tried to convince me if I left against medical advice my insurance wouldn’t cover any of the stay (this is incorrect and a myth). I was also advised if I left early I wouldn’t get any prescriptions if I needed them and proceeded to laugh at me when I asked (also incorrect as I got a notification I had prescriptions ready I didn’t even need). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere that people are educated and actually want to help you, instead of fill their pockets and give false information repeatedly."

"Terrible place to work! They abuse and mistreat their employees (especially the Patient Care Technicians). Management (Joseph, Jamie and below), you are all horrible and unfair people. You all feel you’re better than the employees, when they are the one’s who keep the place functioning. When it’s short staffed none of the managers step up to help the shift. They stay home (yet teamwork is so important). When staff members are sick or have family emergencies, they get written up for calling off. The supervisors bark orders at everyone, violate employees rights and make it a miserable place to be."
