"Racial profiling here is outrageous... Staff (an elderly woman with light hair) was unfriendly and talked down to us as we looked for espresso machines, but was extremely sweet to a white couple browsing next to us. Treated us as if we were idiots."

"I ordered a Glen modular and waited over 2 months. I had an in home consultation and expressed my dissappointment that this style sofa was only available in 4 fabrics. The sofa finally arrived after waiting 2 months and it is like sitting on concrete. It actually hurts when you sit down, there is zero foam or padding on the seat. I honestly can not believe they sell this as a residential sofa. it's like i am waiting at a train station. To add insult to injury when my sofa arrived i looked it up to see the description again and it is now available in 18 fabrics - TWO MONTHS after i ordered mine. Do NOT order this sofa unless you are furnishing an office waiting room or do not want your guests to stay very long. Also, i did try to go to the store to sit on the Glen but they don't have it in any of the stores [for good reason, no one would buy it if they sat on it] and i did sit on a similiar style from Crate and Barrel to get an idea and it was super comfortable. Soooooooodissappointed"

"We were shopping for a stainless steel pan at the North Park Center store. We had our eyes on a Hestan pan with a sticker on sale price of $299, but they didn't have it in stock so one of the staff offered to help us order it online. However, upon checking online, the price was higher at around $360, After she discussing this with the manager, they agreed to honor the lower price. But when we were ready to check out, they ended up ordering the wrong lower end pan (the one in store was "NanoBond" and the one they ordered was ProBond). And they told me they couldn't price match the NanoBond we saw in store. So we spent like 40 minute standing there arguing and trying to cancel the order, it was a unpleasant expensive for sure. It appeared that both the manager and the staff assisting us didn't know much about pan and pot at all."

"The store itself has tons of items that are very good quality. You can find a very wide range of items at various different prices. It reminds me of a denser Crate and Barrel. However, it is important to note everything in this store is available for a much cheaper price at other stores or online. There are few occasions, like where Nespresso machines, are heavily discounted. Also important to check the clearance as they often have good deals for their discounted items."
