"I love my new condo thanks to ID Floors. I wanted renovations done before I moved in and they worked with me to get started right when I closed. I met with Israel at the store he helped me pick out materials and helped me design my shower. I worked with the Project Manager Courtney throughout the process he was very helpful and was always available to answer any of my questions. I put in new title floors throughout, re stained the wood floors, backsplash in the kitchen and a new shower. I am very happy with how everything turned out. "When I first went to ID Floors, I didn't know quite what I wanted. Sal was extremely professional and patient, and walked me through a multitude of options in the carpet department. I felt so comfortable with his expertise and professionalism that I ended up buying granite and tile for my back splash as well. They worked with my schedule to make it convenient for me. The installers were always on time and did an excellent job! Weeks later, anytime I had a question about anything, Sal was quick to respond and answer my questions. "Do no go to this store ever! This was "the worst" flooring experience I have every had. The salesman "Saul" does not know what he is doing and the "independent" installers do not know how to lay tile. The installers flopped thin set on the floor like mud and just pushed the tiles down on top of it. The tiles also were so high off the floor they had to recut all the trim higher even though there was a till floor there previously. Now I have a large step from the wood to the tile and a lot of voids under the tile that make echo sounds when you walk on the floor. Most likely several tiles will eventually crack and break. They (ID) will tell you the installers work for them but they are all uninsured independent Hispanic contractors. I'm just glade that I didn't have any more work done at my house by these hacks."
