"Jeff is absolutely amazing, you have to stay with Jeff if your ever in the Terlingua, Lajitas and Big Bend area, it is a total experience every time you want forget, you will always meet fabulous people and have a healing experience at his place! He is very social and will make you feel super welcome! He knows a lot about the area as well so you will have some great tips for stuff to do, I wouldn't stay anywhere but Jeff's while in the area, come down and definitely stay here! I promise you won't regret it!!!"
"You aren’t experiencing Terlingua unless you’re staying at Area 118 with Jeff, the coolest host ever. What not to expect: anything fancy. You’ll get a small room and an outdoor shower and bathroom under the stars. What you can expect. A great time, great experience and if you’re lucky, a cast of local characters dropping in to sing and be merry at Jeff’s bar. “They say, some of the smartest people in South Brewster county hang at Area 118”."
"AREA 118 is going to be my only destination to stay when I visit terlingua/big bend. Jeff is a phenomenal host and has the coolest and most humble stay. Got to enjoy a moonlight shower with HOT water. Woke up to GORGEOUS views and did I mention JEFF!!!!!! Holy smokes, what a blessing to be in your presence!!!! Such an amazing soul with depthful insight. You will leave vibrating on a higher frequency. STAY HERE! Book it, don’t even second guess it!!!! Memories and a friend that will last a lifetime. "You'd be hard pressed to find a more accommodating host than Jeff. His spaces are small, but pack a lot of features and great decor, not to mention the outdoor bar at Area 118, where you never know who you'll meet or what song they'll play you on a guitar. Gorgeous views and just a short drive to Terlingua or Big Bend National Park. Stay here and learn how to live the dream, and tell Jeff I said HAYYYYY!"
