"Keller Design Floors repaired my wood floor that had a deep, long scratch from a piece of furniture. They removed and replaced several pieces of flooring and made the floor look brand new again! The repair crew was very professional and did a great job with clean up after completing the repair. I have also used Keller Design to install new flooring in several rooms. They did a beautiful job!"

"I had about 1100 sq ft of LVP flooring installed around March 23. The crew was professional and respectful however the work done was poor. Initially after they leveled the floor and lay the planks it was very bouncy and uneven, I called and the came few days after to fix the issue, it came out better but still wasn't perfect but we decided to overlook the rest of the areas as this was due to a waterflood and it was causing alot of inconvenience and we were ready to move on . Recently the planks staryed separating, I contacted the company and they requested more photo after sending the photos they never followed up or honor their warranty. I won't recommend"

"Let me start off by saying this…This was not an easy job, 1100 sq ft of tile had to be taken up, floor leveled BEFORE the install began. staff was good to work with, the crew sent was very good. What I am upset with is there is something wrong with the finish on the flooring I bought. It is spotty, hazy and very dull almost dirty looking. The floor company rep was sent out and he agreed there was a problem, but felt with weekly cleaning..which involved mopping with PineSol, then taking a clean mop with clean water and going over the just clean surface would take care of the issue. Very labor intensive for sure, but no change after about a month and a half. Store personnel agreed something wasn’t right..so they sent a crew with some type of cleaner to hand wash, on hands and knees the floor…after about 45 mins it had no affect on the floor. As of 10/3/23, Keller Floor has done nothing…no contact with me at all. The flooring has been removed and we put down new flooring from Home Depot, and are happy. Floor looks clean, no haze or dirty look. I feel I wasted $3000 for the flooring Keller Floor sold me, .all total I paid $10,061 for this job..and I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THIS COMPANY WHO DID NOTHING TO mitigate the problem. No one, Keller Floor Design nor the manufacturer has offered any help. Manufacturer said it’s the installers issue, Keller Flooring said they have no answers or I guess solution for the problem..because they never contacted after the crew was sent out to wash the floor."
