"Very nice place to shop. Called and asked if they carried Recteq brand grills. Michael said they had a couple in stock and it was the one I was looking to buy. Made the 2 hr drive to go and see and feel it, you can mostly just get them online. Very impressed with Michael and staff. Knew a lot about the brand. The store sells all kinds of different grills and accessories to go with them. They loaded it up and tied it down for me. Highly recommend checking them out for your grilling needs. I have a GMG that has had a lot of issues, and instead of empathizing and offering help, he insinuated that I was stupid. "Imagine if you were smart enough..." was how he began his response! Plenty of GMG dealers out there, I would suggest that you find another one to buy from!"

"I purchased a Pitts & Spitts Stainless Steel MAVERICK 2000 from Outdoor Grill Sales in Spring 2021. I've had a bunch of big box store pellet smokers in the past, (you know which brands), and the P&S blows them all away. Like a Yugo compared to a Ferrari. I had a great sales and customer service experience with the owner Michael. He even personally delivered my grill with my purchase. They had a great selection of rubs and you could taste test before buying. They also carry lumberjack pellets, my favorite. There is only one negative thing I have to say, they are not located closer to my house! Haha. Unfortunately, they're just too far away for me to quickly stop in and grab a new rub or bag of pellets."
