"In general we loved our stay. It was a great amount of space for our family of four. Peaceful and clean. The upstairs neighbor makes a lot of noise and next door seemed to have some work going on but the gentleman working on it had a terrible hacking cough that got us right up early every morning. The walls are pretty thin so neighbor noises and airplanes are a constant. That would be the only downfall and this was a manageable one. It’s an out of the way location. Outside of city traffic but close enough to pop in. I would rent again. Apartment had the bare minimum essentials but just enough of what we needed for our stay."

"The rooms were clean, the beds comfy and it was close to local restaurants. It was easy to get into the complex and safe."

"The room here was lacking at first glance, and became quite disappointing the further I looked. A few of the photos in the advertising were taken from the room I stayed in, and the disparity between the two was appalling. There were scuffs on nearly every wall, paintings/decor had been removed at some point and never put back on the wall, and the bathroom and kitchen areas were downright disgusting. Mold in the master, and a glob of *something* in the alternate bathroom. A greasy handprint on one cabinet, and grease stains running up the cabinets above the microwave. What's worse, the walls were so thin that when our neighbors alarm on their phone *vibrated* in the morning, it was loud enough to wake me in my unit. The photo in the bedroom is to illustrate the difference between the advertising (wall decor, a nightstand, and a lamp between the beds) and reality. The beds were, of course, made when we arrived. Suffice it to say I will never stay at a Kasa again. Beware room 428"

"We were a family of 4 , we were delighted with the high standard of the accommodation, when we had a problem with the fridge they went above and beyond to resolve it , we will definitely use them again when returning to the US"

"The room was very clean! It did have a sort of smell when you walked in, but we lit a candle and the smell was gone. That is not Kasa’s fault, but the previous people who stayed. The building where we stayed lost hot water for one day so we took a cold shower, but not a huge deal in this extreme heat. Overall we had a pleasant stay! The beds are extremely comfortable, the condo we was actually pretty large and spacious, and Kasa is very responsive. Would stay with them again!"
