"This place is not right. The manager dont do anything here the rooms are not cleaned promptly and she is always gambling outside late at nite. The other night I got the cops called on me because of a parking ...there is no assigned parking or any handicap parking"

"This place was a total ripoff. There were roaches and other bugs constantly running amok to the point where I couldn't use the microwave in my room because they had completely infested it to the point where they were running back and forth across the numbers on the digital clock timer display. The "street" and "parking areas" consisted of chunks of torn up concrete and potholes, and even though I had a moped, I was constantly being blocked in by cars parking willy nilly, with the cars often taking up the space made for four. My moped had is tires destroyed by running over nails that were constantly littering the torn up driveway and potholes maze. The property manager has a poor grasp of English doesn't get anything fixed. My neighbor waited four months to get hot water in their unit cause it took them that long to get the hot water heater diagnosed then eventually replaced. They will tell you that they have internet "coming soon" but they've been saying that for two years. Forty the price they charge, you can do better, and other planned will actually change your linens instead of leaving it up to you with one working laundry machine to go around for forty some odd units. My favorite part was the dumpsters next door at Wendy's getting emptied it right next to my window at four thirty a.m.three times a week."

"I was living there for almost 2 years, all I can say is the people are nice, but if there is an opening, and you have money to burn for a very long time, they have (at the time of this review) a $340 a week rent for a studio room with a kitchen, bath, living, and a tiny on site laundry with only 2 pairs of washer and dryers."
