"Pretty run down these apartments been here for a very long time, one of the higher crime areas."
"This is a glorified homeless camp,,, Things are bad there,,, people starting fires, management is terrible ( x homeless i think), roaches are unbelievable,,, in peoples clothes refrigerators, i my wife has been accosted several times when coming home from work late night shift at the hospital!!!! Now they are suing me because they say i broke the lease agreement, when in fact the non existent hot water and intermittent air conditioning is a breach of contract. The phots are Roaches all over the place and in the freezer. Keep in mind when we moved in all we had was our clothes and bought new furniture. talk to any resident before you move in!"
