"This was not a pleasant place to stay. I tend to give places a chance if the reviews are mixed, but you should definitely believe the negative reviews. The check-in process took about 20 minutes as the staff were not at the desk, but chatting in the room behind the desk. They did not seem to have the type of room I requested available despite me reserving many days ahead of time. The lobby smelled of cigarettes and was unclean. When I finally got to the room, it was clear it had not been maintained or cleaned well. The trash in the bathroom had not been taken out, and there were stains all over the sofa and the box spring of the bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain, the light bulb in the bathroom did not have a lamp, and a drawer in the kitchen was fully broken. The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling, leaving the exposed wiring. The next morning, there was a barefoot man sitting in the hallway outside of my door, seemingly watching something on a tablet. It was very odd and unsettling, so I decided to check out instead of staying another two days. As an extra bonus, the continental breakfast I was told about was not available in the morning. Figures! All in all, this place is not worth booking. Please spend the couple extra bucks to stay at any of the other hotels in the area, as this place is nowhere near cheap enough to justify the poor quality."

"There were no pots pans paper towels kitchen soap. There was no coffee pot there were 2 microwaves. The coffee table had dried on food spots. The fire detector was on the night stand and exposed wires hanging from ceiling. I had to use a towel to lock the door. The deadlock and door knob were sticky and had not been sanitized in a long time. The floor was also sticky. Roaches were crawling across the baseboards. Dell seton hospital had recommended extended stay saying they had a medical rate. Which I guess was no longer in effect. I would not have stayed had I had a choice. My daughter has been in the hospital for 4 months. I do have a choice and will not stay here again. And there was no toilet paper in the bathroom."

"The new manager they have , the black dude with the dreads , that queer needs to be fired. Rooms were a mess, service was horrible and he was very rude and unprofessional . It's always the tight pants wearing gay dudes that are the most feminine , rude and disrespectful."

"All of the staff the housekeepers, maintenance, and the front desk have all been very helpful and accommodating throughout this time that I have been here. They were friendly and kind. Some of them deserve a raise. Just saying. They are kind enough to acknowledge when I have a package that has been delivered or if I have received mail. The best extended Stay I've stayed at in a long time. Ms. Melissa is always working hard and has an answer or is willing to look into it for you."

"The staff at the front desk is pretty nice. It's an overall decent place to stay. The rooms might not be the best but you also aren't paying Westin prices. A full kitchen in the rooms. They provide cookwear. It's alright."
