"Cannot say enough kind words for their staff! They were accommodating, professional, friendly, and truly took pride in their establishment. Great little vibe and 70s-chic aesthetic. Their location is a short walk to so much food/drink and shopping. But seriously, it was the high-level customer care and kindness from their staff that really made it an A+ experience. I was there for 4 days this past week and they made me feel so welcomed and at ease."
"This is a really beautiful property and I enjoyed my stay! From the design perspective this property is truly a gem. There were 2 issues: 1: I was charged $40 for minibar items I've never consumed. I had to call and resolve it but never got "sorry" from the agent I spoke to. 2: I requested a room with a nice view in my online check-in form. The front desk agent never acknowledged this on my arrival and my friend checking in in front of me was given an option to choose which room they want to stay in. When I asked if there's an option to choose a room with a different view, the agent said that I cannot be moved. Which was a bit odd given my friend was given an option to choose his room. It would have been nice to if the agent proactively said at the check-in that they couldn't accommodate my request which wouldn't have been a big deal. Other than that, I really enjoyed the property."
