"This hotel is very new, the style is modern and simplistic. Room is clean and comfortable. AC is very strong so I turned it off, I guess it is a good thing for summer. Also very nice to have bottled waters. Amenities smells very nice. Water is strong. Front desk is very helpful for accommodating early check-in. One suggestion to the hotel would better reconsider the style for desk and chair for business traveler, current table and stool is not good enough for laptop usage."

"Great hotel with really nice staff throughout. Love the location, just perfect while visiting Austin! Only negative I could think of was how small the lobby is, massive hotel, and the lobby feels like a broom closet. A bit weird, but not a big deal."

"I’ve stayed in many downtown Austin hotels and this one is hands down my favorite. The views from the 30th floor were breathtaking. The bar downstairs is open until midnight which makes socializing easy. Connectivity is also great because most downtown spots are walkable. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Had a really nice stay overall and service was pretty good. Special shoutout to Ivy! The rooms are nice but a bit cramped, there weren't any luggage stands and the room can be a bit noisy due to air-conditioning. Also not the biggest fan of the bathroom as there is no sound insulation. While the fittings are nice, having a handle for the bathroom door and a faucet that isn't inconvenient to use would've been nice. Top location and everything was really walkable, Coopers BBQ was much better than Terry Blacks."

"The pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and extremely uncomfortable. However, the bed with soft the robes were fantastic and the views are incredible. It is a gorgeous hotel, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast empanadas were crazy good and they were only $3. Oh, they were large and filling."
