"Amazing location, rooms were clean and spacious - washer/dryer was very convenient to have in the apartment. We would 100% stay here again or in another Kasa property elsewhere. The only confusing part was finding the property/entrance... we were walking around Austin with our suitcases for about 15 minutes. It would be great to have the entrance pinned for future visitors or make it more clear with signs, etc. Otherwise GREAT stay!"
"Kasa on 2nd is a great place to stay downtown. Walking to any meal is a must for me. The suite was clean and comfortable. We had a patio which was a nice bonus. The bedroom was shockingly quiet! They had a sound machine to ensure a good nights sleep. We didn’t get to use the pool or gym but everything looked good! Overall would definitely stay again."
"This is such a fantastic service apartment. It’s really modern, spacious and comfortable. It’s a great location for downtown Austin. If I ever come back to Austin, I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone to stay here! Thank you Kasa for making our trip so comfortable"
"Central location. Check-in process wasn’t overly difficult. Detailed instructions were provided which was great. Our room was upgraded and was very nice. No issues with noise. Would stay again. Highly recommend cafe down the street Intelligentsia Coffee Shoal Creek Coffeebar and Terry Black BBQ (20 min walk)."
"Everything was fantastic. Beautiful apartment, nice and clean building, great location. The gym is really nice for a basic workout and all of the communal spaces are gorgeous. Customer service is really efficient. I asked for a few more pots/pans since I was staying for a month and the delivered an entire brand new set to me. Really good job. One thing I find odd is that when you order cleaning it says they won't change the sheets on the bed. I specifically asked them to do this, and they did, but it is odd that this is not automatic for an $85 service. That is a small thing, everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend it."
