"I have to question the validity of this hotel aka motel. Online of course it appears fine, but it is far from it in RL. Surprised the outside of the building looked the way it did (in dire need of grounds keeping), inside was very basic; no lobby area, charged $5 per night for parking that resembled a grocery store lot (no security so what am I actually paying for), upon entering the room it smelled damp, but when the wall AC kicked in (no central air) it did go away. Room was clean & bed comfy, but definitely not worth $100+ a night for the accommodations and amenities offered. Staffing was helpful & nice. Overall, makes you wonder if the dividends are being put back into the business or simply pocketed?"

"For the price the room was great!! Although there was no pool or breakfast. I was so amazed with the full kitchen provided, full size refrigerator. There was a stove that was available with pots and pans microwave and a sink!"

"Don't bring your electric scooter here. You can have it in your room to charge! $5 a day to park here in addition to the cost of the room. They charge $100 deposit instead of keeping a card on file. (Like any other decent hotel.) And they can't seem to get it together to give your deposit back!"

"Pro: 1. Close to highway, convenient location to travel. Cinema is right across the street. 2. Quiet, didn't really hear any traffic or commotions. 3. There's a gym and laundry units. Con: 1. Average room, floor looks dirty. 2. There's pungent smell whenever I first walked in, had to use strong AC and opened the window to get the air out. 3. Service is only for people who stay there over 7 days. If you want to get your trash thrown, or replace towels once a while, you are SOL. 4. Front desk - Grabbed one of the detergent from the stand to wash my clothes. I knew I had to pay for it, but nowhere said I had to go to front desk and let them know. So later I was informed by one of the woman that I was charged 3 dollars (supposed to be 2 dollars) because other customers were being "dishonest" and didn't inform the management(implying I was dishonest). I argued with her and told her I thought the camera would catch it and they didn't include any instructions, but she persisted. Well if you don't include any instructions, how would a customer know that's what they need to do. That's solely falls on the management. There were 4 cop cars and 1 crime investigation truck in the parking lot one night, the guy at front desk said don't worry about it and brushed it off, when I asked him what happened. Overall, not a bad hotel, but there's something that they need to improve."
