"Terrible Marriott, worst I have ever stayed at. Dirty, no amenities, loud. Book a king sofa room and got a double queen, and was told basically tough by the night young lady. Said they were at full capacity. No help! We went back up to our dirty room and tried to book another king sod for the weekend, and there were several available. Lazy millennial desk workers and cleaners. Stay somewhere else!!!!!!"

"I was visiting colleagues at this location and I got to witness one of the most amazing things that I have not seen at any hotel. I'm a pilot so I stay at a lot of hotels. The front desk lady I think her name is Tensha not sure if that spelling is right. There was a gathering there and I noticed her comforting one of the guest and after ease dropping as she was translating the person who was flustered was deaf and there was no one in the whole building that could communicate with this person except her and she translated every time they asked even when she got little busy she done it with a smile Marriott I am a Hilton person and I am so pleased to see you have accessibility for your guest. I spoke to her too and told her how amazing that is she then informed me that she's from Dominica Republic but raised in Atlanta and she volunteers at a deaf school in the summer and spring. Her service was amazing as well we talked with her for a while before heading out for dinner. Marriott people such as Tensha who can sign, speak both English and Spanish you should definitely keep her on payroll not everyday you stay at a hotel and meet someone who's that diverse it's the sign language for me. I told her we might be related we share the same last name haha yes I know it's a common name."

"Worked with Metro at the front desk who helped accommodate our rooms and made everything very easy. Big thank you to him!!! Enric at the bar was also fantastic, great conversation and quick with the drinks. Thanks to both employees for making the stay even better!!!"

"The front desk downgraded my room because of their fault overselling online and put me in the room facing the parking. The room has a broken AC with a very loud noise, no hair dryer in room, the curtains cannot be closed. No privacy for me as a solo biz traveler at all. Then I asked to switch room first thing in the morning and they did switch me back to the King room which I paid for. But they put on the receipt for things I didn’t purchase at the hotel which is really bogus. I feel like the hotel is trying to scam me. Their ways of resolving the issues are terrible (from the front desk to the manager). I don’t mind them checking the camera to see if I really purchase things but they haven’t got back to me until now. Worst hotel I've ever stayed."

"Andrea at the front desk was a blessing! We had been driving all day (from 7 AM til midnight) and were exhausted. The hotel was completely booked but we weren't worried since we had a reservation for 2 days. Unfortunately, several issues arose unexpectedly with our room, but since the hotel was completely booked, we couldn't be switched to another room. Having no place else to go (because there had been a major soccer game going on and every hotel in town was booked solid!), we decided to make the best of it and spend the night despite the difficulties we had encountered. In the morning, Andrea, seeing that we were frustrated, comped the room for the night and refunded all the points we had intended to use, then located a SUITE for us at the Residence Inn right next to the Courtyard for our second day! Andrea even made sure the suite was perfectly cleaned and ready for us before we moved over. The suite was gorgeous and we had no more problems!"
