Aiden By Best Western @ Austin City Hotel

"The room here was great for the price. They have a lot of amenities that you can leverage and the front desk is pretty helpful with getting you what you need. I liked the layout of the room, flat and straightforward. There are entrances to the rooms all around the place and you can get your laundry done here. The breakfast here is actually pretty nice and varied for a hotel like this. They even have a quirky waffle maker and the passion fruit-orange juice is fire. The service was great, the internet is fiber. Plenty of parking all around as well."

"The guest service was great and mindful, however the biggest complaint was the fact that in total for one night stay (including the unknown $50 deposit) totaled almost $200 just to get a room that was slightly better than a Motel 6. Probably was a Motel 6 in the past and just had new wallpaper/furniture renovation. We had reservations for a room with a Queen sized bed only to find the room was actually a Full (false advertisement much?). All in all better to save your money and go across the highway and stay at the La Quinta Inn if you're just looking for a place to stay the night outside of downtown."

"A great place to stay a couple nights. Really nice pool and hot tub area with a hammock. Beautiful artwork throughout the property. The breakfast selection was great and the bacon and gravy were especially delicious. Convenient automatic coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby. A really nice gym with modern equipment. Rose at the front desk was a friendly face on check-in and check-out."

"Aiden is my favorite hotel in Austin for a reason! The parking lot is enormous, and it's free during your stay. The check-in process was fast, and I got my room immediately. The hotel itself is pet-friendly (gotta pay the pet fee). The room is a music artist/boutique style, clean and neat, and the bed was super comfy. There is plenty of room for my pup to explore and enjoy. I love my stay here all the time. The breakfast is included in your booking, and the portions are enormous! A restaurant is connected to the hotel, and in the morning, it turns into a dining area for breakfast for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to save money on hotels during your stay in Austin without sacrificing comfort. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Austin proper."

"Great one night stay! Desk clerk was friendly and helpful, even called our room shortly after check in to see if everything was good. Breakfast was great, and we spent some time in the lobby working before meeting with friends in the city. Only slight concern was first floor door opened on to parking lot but we didn’t have any issues and we noted the EV charger for future. Would definitely stay again."
