"Location is great though parking can be a challenge and during rush hour you may have to circle the block. My check in was fabulous. Jonathon recognized my status, gave great dinner suggestions. Room was perfect. I love all the horizontal space with plenty of outlets."
"I’m not typically someone who writes reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience. The room was great, the cafe on the first floor was excellent but the staff is what really blew me away. From check in to check out everyone was so polite, welcoming and so helpful. After getting back home I realized I had left behind some electronics, I immediately started to panic. When I called the hotel, the staff were able to immediately help me sort this issue out. Thank you to Mary and Jonathan whom I spoke with over the phone and were so kind. And thank you to Tatiana from housekeeping who helped find my missing items! I hope this hotel, and the management knows what an amazing staff they have."
"Kris made me feel so welcome and was incredibly accommodating upon my arrival! I had arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and they were so quick to help me out, I appreciated it so much. A great location, beautiful rooms, and wonderful staff like Kris. Will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Austin!"
"Overall had a pleasant stay at this Aloft. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean with a nice city view. Dog and pet friendly at no extra charge which is a nice amenity. It's easy enough to find street parking within a few blocks."
"We had a great stay at the Aloft! Jonathan at check in set the tone for us! He made sure we had a room with a view and was very professional, pleasant and efficient. Our server at the restaurant was attentive and helpful and likewise, professional! The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Overall, a great stay!"
