"The lady in the front was so sweet, but this hotel is literally garbage.. don’t waste your money. The internet doesn’t work, the bathroom is falling apart the water pressure could drown you & you can’t control the temperature. My room didn’t have a fridge, alerted front desk they said they’d bring one right up ( the room should’ve came with it to begin with) still no fridge ITS IN THE GHETTO. Literally a tent city 10 mins down the street next to a gas station. The breakfast options are the same as the ones they give in prison. The fact that this is a 4 star hotel tells me the standards in Texas are LOW."

"Worst hotel experience of my life. I went with my husband & children and could not sleep there. The hotel was not only old and outdated, it has a very strong moldy, musty smell. It smelled like rotten mildew. The toilet also could not flush. I am not an individual who like complaining a lot, but we could not stay here for more than an 1 hour. We checked out and could not sleep here. I called the front office to express my concern to them about my experience at about 2:00pm today and the rude employee disconnected the phone on me. In my opinion, the horrible smell needs to be resolved and the hotel needs to be updated. Again, in my honest opinion, this is inhumane because people or children can get sick from sleeping through those toxic circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Stayed here two nights in a king bedroom. Overall experience is positive. Staff were friendly and smooth check-in process. Interiors of room are old. Good work desk space. No oven the room though. Mini fridge, TV and a safe are provided. Nice access to downtown but might hit some traffic during prime time"

"Check in and check out were great with knowledgeable and very sweet ladies working that weekend. Kids loved the pool and beds, especially the floors not being carpet was a big plus. We didn't stay very long as it was a short trip so we didn't bring this up to management when we should have and I'm sorry, but the room 404 has plumbing issues. The shower knob, no matter which direction turned, came out boiling hot. It was super late when we realized this. Other than that the stay was peaceful and breakfast was great too. Location for us was great since our destination was the convention center."
