"This little gem is perfect. Friendly management that has been here for over a decade. They treat their tenants like old friends returning home after a long trip. There is a wide range of trees, oak, cedar, pine, and birch. The smallest trees I have seen are six inches in diameter. My spot has an oak tree that is about five feet in diameter. When I wake up in the morning, I can hear birds and smell the lake. I have seen two baby deer walk down the drive foraging. They were a little started when a neighbor came out to walk a dog, but didn't bolt. If your looking for a return to nature to recharge your energies, I would highly recommend staying here for an extended stay. I have stayed in six different RV Parks in greater Austin, and have been to dozens. I have never seen an RV park with more Grass than asphalt and curb, or with trees older than fifty years."

"I was at this park for long enough to know that I'd love to live there. Management is really on the ball. No speeders or loud music. Just a real nice park. I am Maxine Kirk."

"This is a very affordable RV Park. Jerry, the manager, is friendly and accommodating. There are no cement pads but the gravel is mostly level and even after a heavy rain there are few puddles. The people are friendly and we have had no problems with anyone. There is shopping available after a ten minute drive.I like it here very much."
