"first of all you can't complain about the staff their all related to auri. this place has gone down mattresses are stained. they ask people to post positive reviews so scroll way down to read about the bugs, no hot water, AC not working, mattresses suck, oh and the town are kid towels can't wrap them around your self . place needs major upgrade but their so cheap it don't happen. lost 2 cancellation fees on this place staff not helpful with reimbursement total opposite not their problem even though they need to put a letter on their letter head saying cancellation fees waived. it's your problem not theirs. second it's roach infested,every building every room, hot water doesn't always work, and rooms have terrible paint jobs, the odor is that if mold, there's a haze if you just watch TV you'll see. don't leave anything behind it's gone an entire drawer of bras gone with in 1 hour expensive shampoo gone within hour kitchen cabinets are almost completely peeled away and corrugated wood is there for seeing. not all stoves have knobs that work. beds are a squeaky mess headboards coming off the wall. ac unit most have mold I know this because I got sick off it. don't get me wrong I've stays. here plenty until recent all the weirdos walking around at night and lack of security are not plus I'll tell you that you have been warned. don't use bar b que pits girl burns rocks in them that's one the 24 hour weirdos."

"Good value for the price I suppose. Would rather not have male employees walking into my room when my teenage daughter is in there alone. Also they left the door open when they were doing a room check while we were still there and asleep. That’s a privacy issue and really big deal."

"For those travelers out of town, there are office hours at this location. Unfortunately they’re not staffed 24/7. They do have a phone outside you can call if it’s not between the office hours of 8am-11pm. I gave it four stars due to some minor things in my room like no toilet paper holder, the faucet is coming off the wall shower, the bed has springs pushing up through the mattress, and the pillows are super thin. Otherwise the location itself is pretty safe and well lit. It is very clean here and they have a lot of buildings so there’s ample parking and plenty of space to walk a dog around. I only stayed for a night. Safe travels to everyone passing through!"
