"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, primarily the room quality, but there are ways that hotel could improve: I do recall the first time I stayed here, which was back in early June the 4th floor's hallway A/C was out so it felt pretty hot. I'm sure that's already gotten fixed. That same weekend the dryer in the laundry room looked very old (like from the 80s) and it seems like it doesn't really get the job done because my clothes still came out damp after an entire drying cycle. The front desk attendant was nice enough to help me by letting me dry my clothes using their industrial dryer used by housekeeping. Also, it's about to be 2024 how does this hotel chain still use coin-operated laundry appliances? Especially with less and less people carrying change, which was an inconvenience such that I had to go to the near convenience store to get coin change. The company should invest in newer appliances and/or ones that accept credit card or pay-by-phone services."

"We really loved the room. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. There were quite a bit wanderers in and out of hotel at any given time. But it was a pleasant stay."

"The location was great for all the activities we did. The rooms were OK. Definitely NO hot water for a shower. We even changed rooms, but still no hot water. The coffee machine was out of service the first day and trying to get extra pods for the maker in the room was like pulling teeth. The carpets were very stained and sticky so definitely wear something on your feet. The staff was OK. Kinda lukewarm. Not friendly but not rude either."

"Absolutely NASTY! The wall paper is peeling off of the walls near the elevator. There's water stains on the ceiling. The elevator was filthy; dirt and gum on the floor. As I entered the 2nd floor corridor, I walked through a flume of cigarette smoke and could hear people screaming and talking in all of the rooms. Upon opening my room door, there was a huge red stain on the floor....either blood or kool-aid....take your pick. I couldn't get a refund because I booked through a 3rd party. I left anyway...and returning to the parking lot, there was a man leaning on the back of my car, talking on his phone, drinking a beer and smoking a cig. To my right, there were about 6 other men loitering. DO NOT GO HERE! It's dangerous and disgusting!!!!!!!"
