"Clean, quiet, no fuss, prompt and friendly service. Nice little kitchenettes and provide basic cookware. Well positioned relative to the rest of Austin, for walking and driving. Only would like higher water pressure in the shower."

"It took 3 hours to check in. Seems the guy at the desk didn't know enough about finding a reservation. Told him I would be staying an additional night only to be thrown out at midnight the following day as they could not find my reservation!!!! Yes I got charged that additional night with no refund in sight. Hate hate hate this place. Drug addicts and dope bags all over the grounds and dirty syringes and homeless people sleeping on their picnic table outside and staff did nothing about it. The motel is cheap if you want to risk getting help c or worse by getting poke with some druggies dirty needle! Do not go here! No breakfast unless you call cold stale coffee and a granola bar (expired) breakfast! It gets a big flat 0 from me?"

"Mid range price per night compared to other hotels nearby. Room was clean. Kitchenette stove appeared old and worn. Bed not comfortable, could feel the coils in mattress."

"Title: Terrible Stay with Bizarre Incidents Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and I must say it was a truly horrible experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. To begin with, upon my arrival, I was greeted by a chaotic scene. The presence of police officers arresting someone and a commotion in the lobby made for an unsettling atmosphere. It certainly wasn't the warm welcome I had expected. The next day, things only went from bad to worse. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee to start my morning, only to find out that there was none available. The manager was apparently running late, leaving a new and inexperienced staff member to handle the situation. Needless to say, the service was far from satisfactory. When the manager finally arrived at 9 am, her demeanor was concerning. It seemed as though she was either under the influence of drugs or suffering from a severe hangover. Our conversation was bizarre and uncomfortable, filled with strange remarks and odd behavior. What truly baffled me was the disappearance of one of my dress shoes. I had left them on the desk in my room, and upon returning, I found only one shoe remaining. It is beyond comprehension why someone would take a single shoe, and I can't help but suspect that it was an act of revenge by the manager for my complaints about the lack of coffee and her peculiar conduct. Overall, my stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unsettling incidents in the lobby to the absence of basic amenities and the unprofessional behavior of the manager, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you enjoy chaos, incompetence, and bizarre encounters."

"Joseph at the front desk was amazing! He was so helpful. The room was clean and they have cooking ware provided for free at the front desk. You have a laundry room at your disposal which was also helpful since we are on the road sometimes longer than what we packed for. Also there was a perfect spot to park our 32' trailer. (Only one spot for that but there was a lot of empty spots if it had been taken) Overall a great experience! If we are ever back in Austin TX I would definitely come back!"
