"My family and I stayed there in the beginning of January, a very last minute decision. Our room was disgusting, stains on the couch and ground, and MOLD in our bathroom! Would not come here again, would not recommend others to waste their money here. (With all that being said, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, unfortunately that didn't make up for the room)"
"We came to comfort inn in burnet Texas for mothers funeral on Wednesday night. We went by comfort inn to check available of rooms. The desk. Clerk told us price of room and even wrote it down on paper. We went to visitation. So about 2 hours later we went back to comfort inn. Same clerk was there but room rate. Had. Gone up by 20.00 for same room we showed him the paper HE wrote price on. He said sorry nothing he could do. We were tired but left. So will not be going back. We drove over to Bertram to the Cedar Creek inn. It’s new clean & super nice employee. I highly recommend it"
"When the smoke detector wakes you up at 12:30am because the battery is needing to be changed, you call the desk right? Lady answered and said just take the battery out. Ummm ok it’s almost to the ceiling. We responded there was no way and oh yes…we are guests paying you. Pretty sure that’s your job. A few minutes later a knock on the door. The lady from the front desk shows up and says here is a ladder for you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! And to top it off the air conditioner was broken. I had had enough. Went to the desk and politely asked to be moved to another room. “Well ma’am we don’t have a room exactly like yours left.” “I don’t care if it’s a twin bed, we just need a bed.” 15 minutes later we finally get moved. No apologies no discount nothing. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO A COMFORT INN AGAIN. I have never had so many problems."
"I, for one, was extremely comfortable in this Comfort Inn & Suites. The staff was very professional, workout room was sparse but adequate and tbh more than I expected out of a Comfort Inn, room was good. For the TV they have these covid friendly remotes that don't offer a GUIDE but that's alright the channels were snappy and I watched a documentary about The Smashing Pumpkins lead singer Billy Corgan."
