"The staff are all very nice and understanding. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel but this is an old place and the office staff does respect & value their customers."
"I love this location because its close to where i work. The prices are about $55 a night so its cheap. Although staying twice the rooms are a bit outdated and have a odd moldy smell. the pros was no bugs and it was quiet. I think a full renovation would help this location. I love the price though. I will visit again"
"I love this place the staff are so polite, and plenty of security cameras as well pet friendly they have snack and soda machines as well a clean laundry room, just be respectful to the staff they are such great people."
"Absolute dump. Place takes pictures of your vehicle's license plate that is then run & shared with Jersey Villge police department, who also roll through there scanning vehicles, and they also send in undercovers to mess with guests. Not a pleasant experience at all, even for those who have done nothing at all because they'll harass you too. It does a disservice to their paid costumers and guests. Visitors and would-be costumers beware."
"Been here for awhile now so far it's not bad at all. People are nice, pretty quiet, the rooms are good size. The only issue is we have not had any room service in our room. We never said "NO" room service so I don't get it, I take out the trash and changed out our towels and clean the floor. Other than that pretty nice place to stay!!"
