"Currently staying here for 3 nights! Was rather torn between this location and another yet chose BW premier based on the pool layout and good reviews. I absolutely am pleased with my choice! Clean, modern, SPACIOUS, and updated rooms. Prompt staff and polite demeanor during check in. Pool needs a good power washing but hey…that’s life. Plenty of linen, clean sheets, TONS of parking and breakfast was included. Jordan at the bar and pool area made the stay 10x more enjoyable though. He was running around servicing the pool area, bar, and various other guest concerns all at one time. I most def will be back! Thanks again Jordan for your professionalism and hard work!"

"The location is excellent, within easy driving distance of many good restaurants, HEB, pharmacies, etc. and the hotel is in a quiet area. However, the hotel could have been cleaner and we were disappointed in the room. No matter what we tried the temperature in the room was always 76. The pillows were totally shot and the in-room coffee maker needed cleaning. The breakfast is sub par, so plan on eating breakfast somewhere else. Front desk was nice but not helpful."

"We booked a large event at this hotel. NOTHING WAS READY when we arrived. Zero tables set up. No linens, podium. projector. etc... We had to set up ourselves. We were setting up 15 min before guests arrived. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Trash was over flowing in our room. TABLE LINENS WERE WRINKLED AND DIRTY!!!! There was actual old food on the linens- they had not been cleaned. The bartender had to close out tabs at the front desk- very inefficient, long lines for drinks. I could go on... TERRIBLE!! Staff had no idea what was going on. They were all in slippers or slides at the front desk. Do not recommend for group events!!"

"- The overall staff is unprofessional and lacks the minimum standards of customer service. - The washing machines do not accept international credit cards or Apple Pay, and they require a US phone number. I have sent many emails to the hotel's General Manager regarding this issue, but I have received no response. This demonstrates unprofessionalism throughout the hotel. - The cleaning of rooms is not done on a daily basis, so if you have kids, do not expect the staff to clean your room regularly. I have asked them multiple times to clean, but they have not responded professionally. I have also sent an email to the hotel's General Manager regarding this matter, but again, I have received no response. - I have never seen a breakfast like this before! It lacks any taste, good smell, and proper variety. They only serve fried eggs with potatoes and pork. Do not expect anything else. The rest of the items offered are limited to bananas and apples, and some items require you to prepare them yourself. - The bar closes early. - The lobby has no entertainments except TVs This hotel is a joke I honestly do not recommend it to anyone"
