"A good hotel close to Energy Corridor. Plenty of parking with restaurants close by, rooms are very good. The staff have great service for this type of hotel and the bar has a great selection of drinks, the menu however, is a little sparse. If I was on business in this area again, I would definitely consider staying here again for the cost."

"The hotel was a good hotel, I been staying here for a few days , but today as I walked inside the bar/food place , one of the customer service workers (Richard) asked if I had just came in from outside , he did not greet me but he asked me that question as if I was someone trying to get free food or drinks… I sat and observed for sometime and noticed he never asked that to no one , my morning was going well but that was not what customer service should be about…"

"Extended our stay at this Hyatt bc it was that good! Comfortable room, huge bathroom, great amenities (pretty nice gym & pool) and helpful staff. The breakfast here definitely exceeds your basic continental breakfast. Loved their hot oatmeal, breakfast tacos, fresh fruit selection, and drink variety. The alcoholic beverages are a little pricy but the bar is opened until 2 a.m."

"Place was disgusting! Should have known better to book at a Marriott location instead. Hyatt is suppose to be nice and I thought they had standards. First room sheets were not changed. Body Hair, pink stains, and used sheets is not what I had in mind. Complained to the front desk and switched us to a second room. Well a room smelling of weed is not what I had in mind either. The front desk lady said if a room is smoking weed the next several rooms will smell it. They share all the same vents. Third room was better, but white splattered stains in between the head boards on the wall was gross! Then to see other people’s pubic hair in the shower made me loose my appetite. This place needs a huge upgrade. Photos were deceiving for this hotel. Don’t book here and waste your money. We used Expedia app and was suppose to be $90 when we checked out it was $137. Crooks and a disgusting hotel for a name called Hyatt."

"One of the best hotel stays! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Service was also very friendly and accommodating. We had asked for a late check out because our flight wasn’t until in the late afternoon, which the front desk staff was happy to help us with. 5 stars! Highly recommended"
