The lady rambled about now booking in June, they take a $50 deposit, if i have insurance they will try to file it, but they are short staffed and in training right now so they are busy,... I had to stop her to ask her do you even want to know why I am trying to book an appointment? So yes .. I'd say you do need training. Front staff training."
