"I had two procedures scheduled. The technicians that conducted them were exceptional. From introducing themselves to the completion of each procedure each demonstrated the highest professionalism and care. I had a wait time between the procedures. They worked together to minimize my wait time and my procedures were completed before the the 2nd one was scheduled. Great experience."

"This location had the best staff. I had to come in at 6am and I was surprised on how friendly they all were. They seemed happy to be at work which is not something you see often. I went to this location because it was the only one that had available slots but I would happily drive to this location again than the other 2-3 that are closer to me."

"When We arrived pretty early for my appointment, my health care assistant and myself, we were told that they would try to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they did! I have a disability, but my assistant did not have to accompany me to physically help with the wheel chair and positioning me on the table, as she normally had done, because the staff at ARA assisted me in any way I needed. Everyone there was just wonderful and kind. Thank you ARA!"

"ARA Imaging is fantastic. I have switched all of my imaging that’s been required to their facilities. The doctors are also at non-ARA facilities in the Austin area and the doctors are fantastic as well. I was impressed with everything the overall cleanliness, the quick scheduling once they get an order from the doctor and appointments are done a few days after they receive the order. The helpful staff as well as technicians that explain everything in detail. The doctors are also fantastic. I haven’t been this impressed any kind of company and so long. I highly recommend them."

"I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Round Rock location. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in very quickly. I did not have to wait very long before the lady that conducted my exam came to get me, and she used my preferred name that I filled in on my pre-check in paperwork. During the exam she explained the process to my understanding, and she was very engaging. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and out. The overall environment was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely go back here for service, and recommend to others to visit as well."
