"Great care. My doctor ordered an MRI, and Memorial Herrman contacted me. I set the appointment, and then the billing department called to inform me of the cost with my BCBS insurance. After someone revived me, I decided to see what my options were. I called 2 other facilities in-network, Alliance being one. Both other companies were less than HALF, what Memorial Herrmann wanted to charge. I had my MRI today, and the staff was super nice. Very clean and comfortable. Secure place for my belongings while they performed the test. It pays to ask questions and do some research!!"

"My son has been in pain for days with an order for an MRI. He is double insured and this place after giving me the run around all day is trying to collect the full price of an MRI that is not owed.I confirmed this with insurance and they still refuse to help.Absolutely disgusting and unethical.I will be escalating this. If my son requires surgery and you made him wait so that you can fraudulently bill insurance after demanding payment from me for something I don’t owe you will be answering to my attorney."
"Everyone at this location was great. I was seen in a timely fashion and the tech went over the whole procedure with me before she started. The price was also much cheaper than the hospital facilities which was great for me as I had to pay it due to not meeting my deductible yet. I would recommend this place for anyone needing an MRI with a convenient location, reasonable price, and quick scheduling."
"If you need an MRI this is the place to go. Very caring and take the time to go over everything with you. I was very pleased with my service at the Lake Houston location. They also saved me over 50% of what i was going to pay at another place. So glad i called them. If I or anyone in my family ever needs an MRI i will definitely be referring them to Alliance."
